Unauthorized charge to my credit card

This individual named to obtain me to participate and that I politely declined many times, but he extended to presure and that I extended to decline. 8 weeks later I obtained my charge card record, and there have been costs for the account for this Savings Direct Membership. After I attempted to contact the number shown for this Membership, I obtain a saving the number isn't a functional quantity. How will you quit these folks from performing these costs to the charge cards? And just how do I obtain the costs removed? I'll not be so ethical next time somebody such as this calls. Please support me get these costs off my charge card! Cheers!
