Aggressive Sales Tactics and Allegedly Inflated Coin Prices

In my opinion, National Collectors Mint is operating in a boiler room. They use highly aggressive sales tactics.
I am checking out the Carson City Silver Dollars they sold me. I still have not checked out their book value. I believe they are selling their Carson City Silver Dollars at inflated prices. I ordered a book that has all the coins, but it has not arrived yet.
From what I was told by someone else, some of their coins do not have the amount of gold and silver in them that they claim. This is like their Buffalo Coin, and I believe their Saint Gardens Coin. Another dealership that I am a client of told me that National Collector's Mint coins are not from the U.S. Mint.
