Bad and fraudulent advertisement

I saw the advertisement on tv and I thought it was real, so I called and ordered it. I ordered this product for my 93 year old aunt and myself after she saw an advertisement on TV. We paid $170 for the product. Per their advertising it was Money back Warraty. I called them to report it and get my money back. They just told me that they are going to give me just the money for the products that are not open. And from $170. They pretend to give me back just $24.
I wish I know how am I going to try a product without open it and if it doesn’t work how come they are going to return just the unopened product.

Eventually it does not work. I feel the same everyday. I think it’s a scam I want my money back,!!! And I hope many people see this comments Don’t fall in this scam as i did.
