Ac Parts Distributors
Poor Business Practice

Advertising

Date purchased 9/13. I found their company online. I called them about their product listing on their website. They informed me they had the part in stock and could ship it out immediately. So I went ahead and purchased the item through their site. I then got a call from them stating that their website listing was incomplete and they needed to charge me an additional $40 which was a 25% increase of the total purchased priced that I already paid. Eric, who informed me he was the manager, got extremely unprofessional during the conversation and the company was unwilling to make any consideration that the issue with their system should not change the fact that I purchased the product from their site at the price advertised. As a company they need to be responsible for their advertised pricing and uphold the sales agreement formed when I purchased the product and gave them my money.
