Dish net - dish network lies

I had Dish Net installed about a week ago. I told the representative that I needed the internet for watching videos and video chat. I called immediately stating that it was not working. The representative told me that I had to pay $420 to terminate the services. They scammed me into entering a contract and now wants me to pay when it is not what I bargained for. Now I'm forced to have internet that I can barely use.
