Company called our staff stupid on email reply

The company mistreated us and refrain us from contact or make business with them.

Original message:

Our staff have contact the Ad Man marketing Solutions company and a representative called Wayne Loynton was in charge of replying our email.

While replying, the company´s representative mistreated our staff, telling that our staff to "asking stupid questions" about the company´s product and on a later stage, sent an email saying that our company should "refrain from contacting" their team.

First complain: mistreated our staff, calling us "stupid".

Second complain: refrain us from contacting their company, if tho, we are free to inquiry or purchase from any company.

As far as I am aware, no company can refrain a client from buying it´s product. It´s completely wrong - as we leave in a democratic world.

The company do not show any ethical or professional manner.
