Walmart deceptive advertising - medication

Walmart advertises generic prescriptions 30 day supply $4
They say nothing else. My generic prescriptions which there are two, require me to take 3pills per day. So Walmart charges me for a 90 day supply 2 scripts $20.
When I tried to explain to them I'm to take 3 pills a day it is not a 90 day supply, they got very rude and the manager came and said that's the way it is, if I don't like it go elsewhere.
I am a 70 year old retired, educated man who has never been treated so rudely.
