Directv is not willing to work with me as far as providing extension. I owe $100 and wanted an extension for maybe 1 or 2 days but was informed that your company does not offer that type of an option. That in itself is enough to make me consider switching back to Comcast. Who has never had an issue about working with me if I ever had billing problems. Directv cares nothing about customer loyalty
