To Whom It May Concern, You need to do Something about you Handicaps Buggys! My Mom is Handicap and every time When We go to any "Walmart"you can't never seem to find one or when you do some kids are racing them in the parking lot. I Though they was for Handicap Costumers not Toys for kids and none of your Managers seem to care. This is a Nation Wide Concern. These Carts are not cheap so if you apreciate your costumers I Would like to see a Change. Thanks for listening.
