Non payment and NSF

Company is dishonest with their vendors, so surely not honest with customers. Please help me out with the company home office location and #... I have two web-sites that I believe are the same company. One is Seventheaveneustores.com with a # of 800-356-3035 - this one is no good and connects now to a hospital. The other web-site is Seventthavenue.com I think they are the same co. But changed DBA... Can anyone help me with this?
