To Whom It May Concern:

This is just to document our that weve recently learned your travel insurance product is worthless to us in most any reasonable situation where wed hoped it might protect us, and we will NEVER purchase it again.

The stipulation that coverage is not offered for business and educational schedule changes is ridiculous. Thats really the major reason to purchase it.in our case Super Strom Sandy delayed classes at my daughters college, that lead to an un-expected change in the schedule for finals, and the left my daughter not being able to leave New York as scheduled.

As youve already guessed we did not read all the fine print in your agreement and presumed the insurance would be reasonable and legitimate. You have been well-positioned to exploit and take advantage of us by how much policy research time an investment of under $20 is worth for a single trip. Please be aware that The Berkley Group has taken advantage of us for the last time. Your insurance offering is probably legitimate but nevertheless a sham if folks with un-foreseen reasons beyond their control cant qualify to take advantage of it.
