Royal Holiday Ixtapa
Royalholiday.com When I bought, the timeshare was a studio condo. They sold that property, bought a highrise with no kitchens, and made a visit ""All inclusive" only. It's not what I bought!

I bought a timeshare at Royal Holiday in Ixtapa.in 2005 the company had sold the original property and moved to a highrise down the beach which had only hotel like accommodations and only "All inclusive" vacations at an additional $65 per day per person. They continue to insist that I pay my yearly fees though they do not provide what I originally wanted. A place I can make my own meals and enjoy eating out at various local restaurants. I do not drink and $63 per day is approximately $50 per day more than I originally spent for food! Total rip!
