This company runs a total scam. We bought a membership, late on a Friday night in January of this year.
We travel a lot, and thought this might be a good company to use. The presentation was good, and the perks well well presented.
We placed the membership on a credit card, with the thought that if it was not as presented, the credit card co, would have our back...
Over the weekend, we became concerned, the majic 800 number to customer service, turned out to be a awnsering service, out of state..
On the fowolling Monday, we called Vacation UR Way and requested a refund, they told us they would ONLY refund half..
We talked to VISA, they originaly issued a FULL REFUND.
Vacation UR Way recharged half of the money, and VISA would NOT credit it.
They say the contract we signed keeps them from being able to charge the money back to the company.
I got the papaers to file in small claims court, in Texas you can file for up to $10,000.
I had already talked to theBetter Business Bearu, and filed a complaint.
Vacations UR Way just told them they could keep half..

I was getting ready to take this to court, and could not get in touch with Vacations UR Way.
We drove over to the building they had an office in, no one there.
I DID get in touch with the leasing co that has this building.
Vacations UR Way is long gone from there..
She did say there are a lot of people looking for them. 14 BBB claims just this year. I am going to file a report with the Texas AG, possinly we can stop this crook. Let me hear form you if you have any info on this company.
