Air transat flight centre
Ripped off and fooled by flight centre and air transat!

At the end of April my group of 6 females headed off to the Dominican for a staggette. We booked thru flight centre we paid about 1600 each for our all inclusive stay at the Ocean Beach resort and Spa. Our agent showed us nice pictures of this beautiful property. They rated it a 4.5 star convincing us it's one of the best hotels in Dominican to stay at. We trusted the well known flight centers star rating and had great expectations about this hotel. You can't go wrong with a 4.5 star hotel. We stated 6 days and 5 nights. When we were a day or two from leaving out agency located in surrey place mall did not have our tickets ready.

We thought that was irresponsible of them and didn't seem very prepared as they should of been. Two names were spelt wrong on the tickets. If the guy when checking in at Vancouver airport didn't adjust it for us those two girls would not of been able to board the plane.
