So Disapointed: (

I have been saving for Months to go on a trip with my two kids and my Mom. I finally got everything put together and decided to go for it. I booked a trip to California for 2600. Which I though wow that is not to bad for a seven night vacation! Well 34 hours later I found out we had a commitment we could not miss and I had to change the dates. I must have read the information wrong because I thought I had 48 hours to change anything... Well I was SO wrong! I called Customer Service (who were actually very nice) but I had to pay $1100 to change my trip to two weeks later! And the trip itself is two months away! I could not believe it! I just cannot believe their is nothing more they can do: (Yes I apparently should have read a little more but still I had NO idea it would cost me THAT much when I purchased the trip in full less than 48 hours earlier!!!
