Lots of wasted time and money

Tried to use Travelocity website to book my flight, it didn't prosses the request. Called support. Afterwords found miself being charged more then listed and discussed over the phone price and also with wrong return date. Every day for a week tried to fix the issues. Got bounced between overseas located agents and they managers for hours. Ended up being connected with USA rep who told me that they could not find the audio recording of the original conversation and therefore I have to pay for the changes. Finally they offered me a 50 % break of about $400 they requested me to pay in addition to the already higher then agreed upon ticket price. Frustrating!!!
