Total rip-off. Confirmed reservations with them and they never got the RV

Total rip-off. I booked an RV with this company online. I then called to confirm and the gave me a confirmation over the phone. I spend non-refundble money to book a vacation and the Getrv.com folks called me at the last minute and told me that they double booked. They were pretty much just ooops! I lost all my money and had to tell my 5 and 9 year olds that they couldn't go on the vacation they have been planning for months. DO NOT USE.
