Customer service is everything! And they dont mind lying to you.
Do not book with this company. The serice is very bad. It is a typical rip off company from Malaysia. I tried to book for my family with them but did not like the handling. After I try to contact them. No surprise nobody picked up the phone! I very lucky did not pay in advanced. I do not recommend this company to everybody!!
