Pirate's Island Intentionally overcharge and say that they are not authorized to issue a refund

There is no doubt in my mind that this company intentionally over charges. When they get caught, the people behind the counter all claim that they don't have the authority to issue a refund. It's a total scam and I highly recommend avoiding this company in Hilton Head, especially when there are so many other great places.
