Stopped Paying Timeshare and Worried About Credit Damage

I am having problems with bluegreen and their many many lies and deceitful actions. I have never stopped paying for something in my life and am not even sure how this will affect me and my credit. There has to be something we can do, I have read tons and tons of bad reviews, it seems that everyone is dissatisfied once they get your money.
