VRBO facilitates the rental of vacation condo's and homes by connecting the consumer with the homeowner thus relieving themselves of any liabiity in the transaction. They have a condo advertised on the site in Lake Ozark, MO and owned by Chad Michaels. Chad knowingly rents the 5 bedroom penthouse unit for weekends and week stays in clear violation of condo rules of no less than 30 days with a written lease. When the victims show up, they are not allowed to use the pool or amenities. Then they are unable to contact anybody to help them. VRBO doesn't care but they will be glad to sell you insurance to pay you after your vacation is ruined. Beware! Do not rent the Lake Ozark condo owned by Chad Michaels.
