Rip-off! Refuses to return security deposit in full no give an explanation why

I rented 3 rooms on 7/10/04 and 1 room on 7/12/04 for some Hispanic Pastors during a bi-annual Assembly (Church of God of Prophecy) at the Convention Center. Upon leaving the rooms in good condition, neither was the security deposit returned in full nor was I given a explanation why it was not returned.

I filed a complaint with BBB (Case# 23015993).in-town Suites refused to reply. To date, In-town Suites has neither returned the security deposit in full nor has given an explanation why.
