WORST SERVICE EVER - Advertised rates on Internet. Do not book online call agent as system does not work

Booked flight. Received 4 confirmations plus bliing confirmation just to find out flight was not booked due to fare increase. Flight at same price still shows available as well many other flights which are not available. 3 phone calls later just to find out status. Wasted a 1 and 1/2 days. Dealt with different reservation to get the fare I wanted which I was told was available.
