Supposedly lost a reservation

My parents bought into this in 1998 and when my father died they tried to rip my mother off by using the same check number to take out multiple payments when they shouldnt have.

Later as she got to where she needed walk in units due to health conditions they told her you had to own a walkin to request a walk in. So in May my mother and I were put on the account together. Both of the units we own are walkin in units. My mother had banked a week a year or so ago and we decided to use it this week. Well she called in March to make her reservation for her normal week in the hill country and to make a reservation for us to use the banked week at Piney Shores during the week of May 11th thru May 18th. Well she fell 3 weeks ago and couldnt make the trip but since I am on the account that is not an issue. We had a confirmation number and she had even called the resort at Piney Shores to confirm with them for a walk in. She was told that it was not a problem as it was on our records. So last night as I got ready to go I thought i would call and double check for the time to check in since it was a banked week and not one of our normal weeks. When I called they told me there was no reservation even though I had a confirmation number from them and they had no available units. Well I had a few things that I had to do in Conroe so i had to pay for a motel even though they are getting paid for our walkin units. To top it all off we were told that we lost our banked week and the money it cost us to bank it. Now my mother is going on 80 years old and I am going on sixty so this sounds like a screw job to me. Please if you can give us any help we would appreciate it.
