Ripoff charged credit card without authorizaton Internet

I got ripped off by reservation rewards through ubid.com. After winning one of the bids i got a screen letting me claim a 10$ reward for my next purchase, ofcourse apparently there was small print that said by clicking yes i also accept ubid to give my credit card details to this comapny to charge me $7 every month to be a member or some deal like that. I am not sure what it was as this was almost 10 months ago, I failed to notice this charge monthly and only now found out the rip off tactic these guys have been using. As they say learnt a lesson about reading the "fine print"
My credit card company can only go 6 months behind to dispute it, and that i have done.
