Major ripoff confirmed

All of you that wrote reports about this scam were absolutely right. I called back to cancel after reading the reports and spoke to 4 different people. An agent, A special agent who told me I would not cancel my reservation, A tape recording specialist to play back the recording of the transaction, another specialist who knew nothing about what was going on and finally put me through to a specialist supervisor.

I informed him that not only was their reputation lousy but that I would file fraud charges with my credit card company. You see I was told we could stay in Palm Beach after the cruise for 2 days for an additional fee. They have no hotels in Palm Beach come to find out. After telling me all that I was missing out on he did begrugingly agree to a refund within 3-5 days.

Will keep you updated on that process. I also contacted my card company and let them know in advance what was going on and that I was within my 72 hour right of recision as well as being misinformed (lied to outright) about what I was getting. I will file fraud charges against this cruise line with my card company as needed. Old saying "If it sounds to good"
