Lancaster County Police have found individuals using this company name operating a timeshare selling scam. They have you check the status of the company on the Arizona Secretary of State website which is in good standing. They ask you to send a check for legal fees etc. To an address. The address is actually just a p.O. Box. Never send money in advance for services. They also do not have a realtor's license for the state of Arizona.
