Carowinds security and employees abuse minors!!!

My husband and I are stunned at what took place by Carowinds security and employees today. (7-26-04)

Our son Ben age 17, daughter Penny age 13, and their grandmother visited Carowinds today.

Our son and daughter were exiting a roller coaster when my daughter started crying because she could not get her seat belt off. She has ADHD and is very emotionally, which causes her to panic. Our son turned around, rushed back to his sister when he bumped into several people. He apologized and rushed on to help his sister. After they exited the ride and he calmed down his little sister, he was approached by a security. He was dragged off. My mother identified herself as Ben's grandmother and asked what was going on. She was told BUTT OUT, THIS DOES NOT CONCERN YOU.

The officer continued to drag my MINOR child behind a secluded building. He told Ben he was being charged with sexual assault on a staff member. Ben recounted what happened to the officer. The officer said their story matched concerning his sister but claimed Ben grabbed the girl in an inappropriate place and was rude.
Then the officer took Ben and forced him to apologies for something he did not do in front of many people without allowing his grandmother to say a word.

Since when do they train security people and staff to:
Verbally assault minors Subject minors to Public humiliation Question a minor without allowing a guardian present. (Clearly against the law)
