Capital Vacations
Took money out of my account, and now I can't reach them. Rip-off!

We were told that we would have 14 days to cancel and after 5 days the money was taken out of our account, bounced and we were charged $36. The only way to get to talk to someone was to act like we were joining new. Finally we were assured that out account was closed and our money for the NSF would be reimbursed. That was on Saturday and on Monday they put the charge through again and took out the $149.99.

I have not been able to get through on the phone, it is either busy or they answer and then immediately hang up and give you a busy signal. I can't find an e-mail address for them. I am furious and I don't know what else to do. I have called all the numbers I could find and cancelled all the accounts there are, but they continue to take my money and I can't reach them. I am very interested in a class action suit against them and would be willing to do whatever I have to do in order to get my money refunded.
