Ripoff dishonest fraudulent biling

I agreed to view a vacation package for 14 days for free. I could call and cancel at any time. I called and cancelled the day I received the information. I received a bank statement showing unauthorized amounts taken out of my account. These amounts were for a vacation package and long distance service. $59.95 and $49.95. I have fought them for over a month and have still not recieved a refund.

In order for your refund to take place you have to call and cancel and also write the company and cancel. I did both on the phone and in writing cancellations the same day I received my bank statement, and that was over 4 weeks ago. They still have not refunded my money. This company has to be stopped.
