Lies deseption hardsell & harrasment, you dont actualy get anything for your money, New Zealand

I pay $730 a year and stll have to pay $550 for each holiday when I rang to book it was $650 when I was sold this product I was told I got 20000 points a year aprox one week holiday, now I get told I don't get any points, so I dont get anything for $730 a year.
