Very poor in every way

I prepaid 2 weeks for friends comming to work in the area. The friend has a motor home but there were no spots available at the time. I was told by the desk clerk if the rv space became available there would be a refund for days left early. Well they left 4 days early and was even told by the Manager that $259.63 would be credited back to my card. Many calls and 2 visits and all I get is the manager is out of town. I was told it had be already credited. Not so. Nothing like being lied to. So all I can do is wait will my credit card fights the charges. And how long will that take. Take your money poor rooms, (no hot water, front door didn't lock) and lies. Take your risks.
