The dialogue via the telephone was fair and encouraging, but the step over the threhold reviled a low-end back room operations. As theater goes it smacked as community theater but the actors knew their lines and the hype. They were fishing and we were on the hook, But after getting home to our computers we found that their statements were lies, got on the phone called the State of Florida Consumer Protection, call the credit card company and repeatedly tried calling the corporate office in Charleston, SC, and the Tampa office (all to no avail). The credit card company has place a watch on my account.
