Poor customer serivce

They advertise the best price guarantee and so forth but they won't let you cancel a booking without all types of fees and they won't price match after 24 hrs of booking even whem they are the ones not answering phones and w insane hold times. VAcations to go had better prices and better service.

Don't give expedia.com your hard earned $. The manager I voices my complaint to kept saying sorry u feel that way... And saying I should have read the fine print. He was condecending and non caring and rude.
