In November, Eagle Market Solutions contacted my wife about the rental of our time-share in Mexico.

A guy named Danny Gomez, from Eagle Market Solutions sent a proposal to obtain 10 of our weeks and rent them to a pharmaceutical firm and that they would be the broker in charge of the transaction. He said, another company, Chicago Trust and Title had the funds and that they would send them to me after submitting the rental release application.

After speaking with a woman named Jennifer, from Chicago Trust, she said that in order to receive the funds, i needed to pay the rental fee that would normally go to the time-share company and that i needed to send the funds before the transaction can be finalized. She said she would pay the rental fee on our behalf after receiving it so that we wouldn't have to deal with the time-share company.

We wired he amount i would normally pay the time-share company to use the 10 weeks from our account (over $4k). I got confirmation from Danny Gomez that the funds were received and that the transaction had a closing date of January 19th, and that i would receive the funds from the rental a couple of days later.
We have not heard from either Danny nor Jennifer and there is no answer in any of the numbers i call.
