We were also told by this company that they would sell out timeshare and would only take about 3 months. It however was a hassle could never get any one on the phone, once we threatened to sue and call BBB Ken Parks called us back saying everything was almost done. Then we got contacted by CTS and never could get anyone on the phone there and only talked to us through e-mail. Never heard back from that company either. Ken Parks has never called back after leaving numerous phone calls and messages. We gave that company around 1200 or so and have never seen it or heard from anyone after we were contacted by Sonja saying that Ken transferred us to her. She never called back either after threatening her that we wanted a refund.! This company is a fraud! Do not give them any money!
