I spoke to a man and got an estimate and made it clear to him i would be paying by card he declined to inform me that they do not take card payments for anything but the deposit. Once i was informed of this i tried to change company's and was told that i could not, that once they loaded it it was their property, and they had to finish the move. I then tried to get them to allow another company who accepted credit cards to pick it up and they were not allowing it. This put me in a very bad position I didn't have the cash on hand to pay them the fee they were asking but they were not allowing me to stop the move. I should have been allowed to pay them for services rendered which was picking up the items and that was all.
