Poor customer service

I am composing an addendum as to the I published a week ago (view donna in iowa excessive maintenance costs). Somebody at their headquarters should examine these articles, once we were named Sunday night throughout the supper time so among their reps might chew people out for what I mentioned. We agreed to allow them purchase people out or eliminate the additional $1400 charge that they declined. Stone Accommodations Worldwide is EVIL and do not worry about the client. Does anybody understand how to get free from this?
