Contracted for bus for field trip.
Had numerous emails and phone conversations with Bana. All was settled or so I thought!
Morning of trip no bus.
Called Bana and she told me she was trying to contact the driver. After a wait she hung up on me.
Tried to contact her again ALL day and never heard from business again!
Very disappointing.
