Ripoff not providing vacation as promised

After attend'g travel seminar, rec'd coupon stat'g: "This provides 2 adults w/2 vacations: 3 days, 2 nites in one of over 600 hotels W/I the US; $60 in dinner certificates at Olive Garden/Red Lobster or Outback Steak House. Also, $100 bonus checks.

Dates were sent along w/$100 check (refundable after completion of vacations). After not hear'g & not'g Ck. Had been cashed, called and was told that mail was sent (We never rec'd) to tell us the dates were not available. After choosing new dates & not hear'g anything, my husband & I went over. A rep told us that the new date chosen wasn't good either. So I asked that he (the Rep) choose a date. He informed me that since I had not returned coupon for process'g 'til 8 months after rec'g, he couldn't promise that I would get 2 vacations B4 expiration. But also sts he doesn't even have 1 available. Req'd refund. We smelled a rat!
