Verification denied

The website changed my search airport from Tucson to Phx, and I ended up buying two tickets flying out of Phx for my brother and nephew for a flight departing at 6AM, meaning they would have to leave Tucson at 2AM. I buy tickets and hotels online often, and I've never had a search change the airport on me, so I only looked at the times, not the city.

Since my credit card was used for someone else's tickets, the confirmation email states that I will receive a phone call or email to verify the purchase. I will not verify the purchase because the site mismanaged the search. I do not want these tickets. I need the order and charges reversed, but I have not been contacted by any means to do this. This happened four days ago. I have read other awful reviews about the customer service and am now worried that the verification process is not real.

I went to a reputable site to buy the correct tickets, and I will never search Cheapoair again. The charge is $829, which I can't afford to lose, which I should not lose, according to their own policy. I'm hoping someone from the company will contact me. I've failed to reach anyone so far who can help me. I'm hoping MeasuredUp can work a miracle!
