Awful treatment and no compensation

While nearing the top table of the Lani Kai following a fire alarm had woke me, I expected for payment. Not just was I refused payment myself and my buddy were named " assholes"another female supervisor started producing rude remarks, and in the place of providing payment they informed us " you are able to remain in our resort or protection may take you.". That was an altematum that not just was rude and intense, but insulting. It had been very apparent we weren't obtaining any payment for getting me-up. The feminine table employee present stated we "were not likely to get set so we needed money-back about the space" we were therefore insulted I made a decision to come a taxi back again to the home we've that was really a costly cab.in my opinion some payment arrives, and also have never remained in a resort in which a fire alarm causes one to leave your space, with no payment was handed.
