Maintenance fees for the year 2012 went up from US $1500 to $3000 this increase is because water intrution in Poipu Point Resort. How they expect members to came up with this sum of money. Contact with representetive and said that if you don't paid said amount it will submitted to collection agency for non-payment and be force to paid late fees, also can't surrender timeshare with out ruin your credit.
