Invalid hotel reservations

We created resort reservations for February in March nevertheless when we reached the resort the resort stated they hadn't been compensated by IEA. We'd to pay for the resort immediately in a higher level than offered to us by IEA.

IEA hasn't delivered telephone calls since our appearance in NYC. I requested AX to change the costs but which may be challenging because of the period that's approved since producing the reservation.
