Non-refund of cancelled ticket, Bangalore Nationwide

Sir,

I cancelled my ticket on 7th Septmber (Pl. See details below). But I am yet to get refund. I have contacted the call centre so many times. Even I sent a mail to its Chairman. All my efforts have proved futile. I think I have made a wrong selection my choosing Kingfisher.
