Unauthorized and illegal charges / hate americans

Hotel Borg employee Valdmar Vihjalmson illegally made unathorized charges on two of my credit cards. I was told that he made these charges days after we left the hotel because someone below us complained we were too loud. So they credited them for their room and instead charged us their room charges. The total charges were almost $4k! This was days after we lef the country and were back in NYC.

In addition to these illegal charges, Valdmar, gave us the wrong room. We were to have a two bed suite. When we arrived he refused to give cots, pillows and sheets/blankets to us thus having two of us to sleep on the floor with nothing. He also made derogatory comments towards Americans and entering the room w/o permission on multiple occasions as well as other things.

What Valdmar did was vindictive behavior and completely a fireable offense.

I have yet to receive the credits from this hotel who stated that yes he did make illegal charges and has been talked to. He should be FIRED!
