Misrepresented themselves and their offer. They ABUSED my credit card. Rip-off!

This company completely misrepresented itself to obtain my credit card information, then they drained it completely through the over draft protection to aquire a FIRST amount of $ 545.00 on March 08. The man who handled my credit card BLATENLY said that he was using the credit card side of my card and that it wouldn't affect my bank account at all. This was a complete and total LIE as I'm sure he full well knew as he was literally stealing everything out of my bank account and bouncing a check to do it!

Then there was a second deduction made to my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION 8 days later for $1.00 which caused another check to bounce. I have felt pushed into the whole thing in the first place. I was rushed to make a decision about the vacation that WAS OFFERED TO me for ONLY $348 per person. After getting the information in the mail the price of the whole packaged that I had aggreed to was TWICE the amount that was ASSURED TO ME on the phone on MARCH 08. I have called the company on March 27 and told them how they had MISREPRESENTED themselves and that I wanted a complete refund and they told me (like most other people that had been roped into this SCANDLE) that the package is non refundable.

Displeased with this outcome I began to seach for some information on the web to help me find ANY information about this vacation, well that is when I found the information provided by the usacomplaints.com exposing this fraudulent company and its unethical practices. Now I just want all of my money back from this company as well as for them to pay for the damages of the TWO CHECKS that bounced when THEY took the liberty to ABUSE MY CREDIT status!

This company is OBVIOUSLY out-right stealing every penny it can from people as soon as it obtains ther information and there is no guarantee that the EMPLOYEES are not using other peoples information for credit card frauds! They can't really explain why there were deductions made on different days that did not apply to my vacation package! If it will be necessary to file a small claims complaint to get the attention brought to this credit card abuse I am prepared to make them pay back the damages that have been done, but more over I need to get back what they have COMPLETELY STOLEN!

I am sending a copy of this filed complaint to the BBB of Flordia and informing my local agencies of this, considering I am sure that I am not the only person in INDIANAPOLIS to have gotten tricked by this company within this last month. A total refund of $545.00 for the vacation and $60.00 to recover the bounced checks done by this company on two separate occasions for a total amount of $605.00 damage that is totally due to this companies exploitation of my personal information.
