I experimented with make a booking for that Yosemite Falls Hotel for May. Yosemite Lodge wasn't accessible, therefore National Park Reservations created a reservation for my second-choice of lodging, the Awahnee Hotel, in a shock price of $542/evening! I terminated, but National Park Concerns charged me a non refundable charge of $164.14. They stated the charge was described within their conditions and terms. Florida contract law requires any company coping include a definite contract and particular conditions. If your merchant wish to declare that a deal was created, they CAn't conceal a charge within their fine-print. Or may they provide A VARIETY OF charges for a number of resort choices, but still declare that "particular conditions" were decided to. National Park Reservationis $164.14 shock charge is dishonest and illegitimate. I'll refuse payment.
