Deceptive advertising, "bait and Switch" ticket pricing

Purchased seats last June 16 on CheapOair site after getting a newsflash airfare for and poor-BCN trip. Reserved for 3, got verification and scheduling figures (Spanair scheduling signal) but was guaranteed that solution numbers might follow. Offered my creditcardnumber and allis done. Well, after 3 times we got this mail from CheapoAir declaring to contact their CS quantity if we'venot received our admission numbers. Below when everything moves downhill:

1. If you contact their customer support figures, besides the minimal store period of 30 mins, every broker doesn't have idea of what your situation is about. They simply keep informing you they will consider it, however you will need to keep calling to check out on it.

2. They really tolfd us our trip never existed! What? They are promoting routes that not occur? They return at you with, "nicely, it will but at multiple your price"? Is not this illegitimate?

3. Site, telephone concept while on-hold and prior interviews from press websites claims they have "real-time" verification... Another problem with fake marketing since soon after we got confirmations from their website, it had beennot recognized after 3 times?
