Don't bother w / this company

The web site claims 'brokers on-duty today to consider calls', but I've named often and delivered emails asking of a trip I'd prefer to guide. While calling, I'm quit on-hold for 15 mins, then disconnected. No answers to emails. Do not bother n / the corporation. It is wise to think they're not about the 'up or more'.
